Finance Business Partner (Costs)
Working within FP&A for this successful challenger bank, you will support the cost base across the bank covering all aspects of FP&A and business partnering delivering real value to a broad section of stakeholders and seniority.
- Producing and presenting key cost performance reports to relevant cost centre stakeholders
- Working with the Senior cost business partner to produce the annual consolidated cost budget for the bank
- Support the transformation team with business case appraisal and project cost tracking and challenge across capex and opex
- Ongoing management of costs and headcount rolling forecast modelling
- Working with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analysis to make robust decisions
- Supporting ongoing projects within FP&A
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience within FP&A/business partnering, ideally cost experience. Experience working within banking or wider financial services is required. You will have the ability to manipulate large data sets and produce value added reporting and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels and have challenging conversations.
Any Experience of Power BI or equivalent and planning tools advantageous.
Salary: To £85,000 + package
