Finance Director
Finance Director required to support the COO in driving the VC firm to achieve their 5 year plan.
Responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing all aspects of finance from transactional finance, monthly close, management accounts to statutory accounts, budgeting and strategic planning to companies house submissions
- Reporting and analysis for cash flow modelling
- Business partnering the COO and others to support decision making whether this be scenario modelling and critical analysis
- Every quarter, reconciling fees and payments across different funding vehicles to ensure accuracy and that any failed investments or successful exits have been taken in to account
- Timely fund reporting to investors
- Supporting the largest/later stage portfolio companies with FP&A support including validating work/models to support decision making and exit readiness
You will be a qualified accountant with post qualified experience working within the fintech, fund/investment management or the consumer tech space.
You will be at a FC/senior FP&A/FD/Head of Finance level and over the next few years have the desire to become a CFO. This role is a very hands-on role as well as strategic in nature. You need to be happy and willing to be involved in the detail.
Salary: £100-120,000 base + bonus + carry
Location: London / 4 days per week office, 1 from home
