Finance Manager
The client is a growing Venture Capital firm seeking someone to take the lead finance role and develop their career as the company grows into a Finance Director role.
- Own the relationship with the outsourced accountancy firm ensuring month end and management accounts are accurately delivered on time
- Build, maintain and update cash flow forecasts, budgets and variance analysis across the group
- Prepare clear financial packs for board and leadership discussions
- Build financial models to support decision making examples regards cost scenarios, new product launch economic and new fund structure scenarios
- Map and document all costs, revenue streams, fee structures and cash flows across the management company and fund vehicles
- Coordinate statutory accounts and companies house submissions with outsourced firm and lead on external audit
- Prepare reports for the regulated fund manager, custodians and investors on a timely basis
You will be a qualified accountant with post qualified experience with experience working with management accounts, reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
You will be someone who relishes accountability and is a self-starter who will enjoy working in a small yet growing business
This would suit someone already working within technology/fintech/ financial services or someone seeking a move from an accountancy firm into industry
Salary: £70-80,000 + bonus
