Financial Controller
This role will be responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, controls and regulatory compliance including.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including consolidation of entities/SPV’s
- Strengthen and maintain robust financial controls and policies
- Oversee loan book accounting
- Manage treasury and liquidity reporting, bank covenant monitoring and securitisation reporting
- Prepare regulatory returns for submission to FCA
- Lead external audit and work with external tax advisors as required
- Continue to hire and build a high quality finance team
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience with experience working within lending companies or retail banks and have strong technical experience across loan book accounting, IFRS and reporting. Experience within a start-up or scale-up advantageous, this is a hands on role.
Salary: £90-115,000 + package
