FP&A Manager
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, as FPA/Finance Business Partner, you will cover a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Key contributor to the annual budget and longer term strategic planning
- Prepare quarterly forecasts with analysis on business impacts and scenarios
- Support board and Exco reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly MI with analysis and story telling
- Lead on pricing activity for a product line working closely with relevant business stakeholders
- Be a dedicated finance business partner to a key product line supporting all aspects of decision making
- Ad hoc competitor analysis
- Working as part of the FP&A team to drive finance projects including utilisation of AI and technology tools to support efficiencies where possible
You will likely be a qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with experience working within financial services and FCA/PRA regulated environments and have experience working within FP&A/business partnering type roles.
You will be a competent financial modeler and have excellent stakeholder management skills
Salary: To £75,000 + package
Location: Leicestershire / Hybrid (3 office, 2 home)
