Fractional CFO - 2 days per week
UK focused Fintech business lender seeking a fractional CFO to support their continued growth journey. Great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business.
Responsibilities include;
- To lead and support strategic initiatives including future Series A fundraise
- Act as the key business partner to the CEO supporting commercial decision making
- Lead key relationships such as board, investors and external funding partners
- Coach, mentor and develop the finance team
- Oversee continued drive of automation and process improvements to finance supporting scale including utilisation of AI
- Oversee all areas of finance, tax and treasury
You will have experience working within the lending sector ideally within companies that have shown good scale and growth story. Experience of fundraising ideally Series A, B is essential.
Demonstrable experience of managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Location: London/ hybrid
Salary: £1000-1200 per day
